“Flavors of the Riverside Region”
A Diverse Riverside Culinary and Cultural Space in Ho Chi Minh City
From May 31 to June 2, 2024, Tan Son Nhat Hotel will participate in the Culinary Booth Competition on Le Loi Street, District 1, featuring a wide variety of signature dishes from the Mekong Delta, such as: Thap Muoi Lotus Stem and Mangrove Flower Salad, Alluvial Hotpot with Wild Herbs, Five-Color Mangrove Seed Sweet Soup, and more. The dishes are meticulously and beautifully presented.
The Riverside Festival’s culinary space will include 24 booths offering a wide variety of dishes, allowing both tourists and city residents to experience the diverse cuisine of different regions.
This activity is part of Ho Chi Minh City’s tourism initiative, showcasing a new image and attracting a large number of both domestic and international visitors to explore the city’s riverside tourism offerings. It highlights the unique and authentic identity of Ho Chi Minh City as a “riverside metropolis.”
